For the most accurate fit, we recommend measuring the circumference of your finger in millimeters (mm). This method avoids confusion across sizing systems and ensures your ring fits just right.

You can visit any local jewelry store for a professional measurement, or use a soft measuring tape to wrap around the base of your finger at home.

Once you have the number in millimeters, simply enter it into the size box when ordering.

Even magical treasures need proper care. Whether crafted from stainless steel, silver, or gold, your ring will stay radiant longer when treated with love and attention.

We recommend removing your ring when:

– Cleaning with chemicals, as they may harm both metal and gemstones

– Playing sports or lifting weights – impact can deform settings

– Swimming (pool chlorine or cold seawater may loosen or dull the ring)

– Applying skincare or lotion – residue may dull the surface over time

– Gardening or working with tools

To protect your relic when not worn:

– Store separately to avoid scratches

– Use soft cloth pouches or small zip bags

– Avoid leaving jewelry in damp places like the bathroom

Treat it well, and it will shine through lifetimes.

Each ring is summoned with intention—hand-forged and crafted just for you. Once your order is placed, please allow 3–5 business days for creation.
If a digital mockup is requested, please allow an additional 2–3 days, depending on design complexity.

Delivery time depends on your location. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days.

We accept returns for non-defective items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

– Unused
– In original packaging
– In the same condition as received

Once your return is approved by us, you’ll have 10 days to send the piece back following our instructions.

⚠️ A 50% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. Refunds are also deducted by:

– Actual shipping cost ($20 per order)
– Payment processing and admin fees
– Return shipping cost (if label is provided by us)

Custom, engraved, worn, or altered pieces are non-returnable.

You may request up to 2 rounds of design revisions for your mockup, free of charge.
